13 Dec update... Ch 4 jumps to when Eve is missing because I couldn't bring myself to write the whole Nish/Ravi horror.
Starts around the episode of 15th Nov '23...
Suki is having lunch with her family. Eve is on a date. But they'd both rather things were very different.It fascinates me how we see surface level Suki and Eve on screen, but there is SO MUCH unsaid and unseen, bubbling under that surface, building the tension until the (hopefully) inevitable endgame blows us all away.
I'll add to this as we see how things play out.

Summary
Suki believes that strict rules must govern society in order for it to function. She has lived by these rules for her entire life, weaved through them, twisted them to her advantage and played the long game of high society life with excellent results. She is a winner.
Eve has never won anything. She scrapes by, with the help of friends that have replaced a lost family. She has her wit, her health and spirit enough to pull herself through difficult times. She adapts. The future offers new dreams, and rules will soon be rewritten.
Both women have forged a path for themselves either inside or outside their expected roles. But when they meet, everything they knew (or thought they knew) about the world shatters, and they must race, desperately towards a place impossible- into the midnight sun.
