… so I wrote this.
It is basically my interpretation and version of how Mephibosheth was born.
disclaimer (just cause): Jonathan’s wife is a fictional character or stand-in for a biblical character we assume existed but was never introduced. I put in my own work of fiction into this and don’t mean any harm or insult to any of the Abrahamic religions if someone belonging to any of the religions does find insult from this work.
This also goes for the entire story. We don’t know if Mephibosheth was born this way under these circumstances. All we know is that he was born a presumably only child and we never heard of his mother.

Summary
I wanted to write a Fic about Bathsheba before the whole 2 Samuel 11-12 incident and the only published book about the same topic that I like is ‘A Stolen Wife’ by Jennifer Jennings .
The chapters in this Fic are short at times btw and this is still a developing story.
