Summary
Izuku's quirk, precognition, allows him to see the future through his unique clockwork looking eyes. But not just one future, all of them. Every small action, every word spoken or left unspoken forms a unique branching path. He sees how every choice he can make can affect the future, and boy does that give him a migraine.
He can't look to far into the future, otherwise the sheer amount of possibilities begin to hurt him, and there are so many different outcomes that there is practically no point anyway.
That doesn't mean he doesn't know a shit ton of things he probably shouldn't. He's overpowered, after all, how do you land a hit on someone who saw this fight coming 4 days ago?

Hell no.
No fucking way was he going to let this go.
He was going to make All Might pay for this, and the ‘Hero’ would pay in blood.
OR All Might asks Izuku for his quirk back and Izuku proceeds to fake his death and start a plan to kill the number one hero in a very reasonable crashout.

This story is supposed to show how Izuku's path might look if he had the powers of an Eliatrope.
