Izuku's quirk, precognition, allows him to see the future through his unique clockwork looking eyes. But not just one future, all of them. Every small action, every word spoken or left unspoken forms a unique branching path. He sees how every choice he can make can affect the future, and boy does that give him a migraine.
He can't look to far into the future, otherwise the sheer amount of possibilities begin to hurt him, and there are so many different outcomes that there is practically no point anyway.
That doesn't mean he doesn't know a shit ton of things he probably shouldn't. He's overpowered, after all, how do you land a hit on someone who saw this fight coming 4 days ago?

Will Midoriya be able to use the powers granted to him to defeat the ancient and new evils, or will he be broken down by the very system he is tasked to protect? This story is the journey of how Deku becomes a hero above all others.

After the final battle with the League of Villains, Izuku Midoriya began experiencing strange headaches and white strands in his hair. The pain grew unbearable, and in a vulnerable moment, he accidentally stole a classmates quirk. Fear and guilt overwhelmed him, but as the power settled inside him, a dangerous satisfaction followed. He realized what he was capable of.
As the headaches worsened, memories of his father—All for One—flooded his mind. These forgotten, buried memories left Izuku shaken. He now understood that he was inheriting not only his father’s power but his legacy, one filled with darkness and manipulation.
Unable to control his growing hunger for more quirks, Izuku sometimes secretly leaves the U.A. campus to steal more powers. The more he used his newfound abilities, the more his demeanor changed, becoming less like the hero he once was. His actions grow darker, and he becomes more isolated.

Summary
Suggestion allows Izuku to compel someone to do something through verbal command or direct eye contact.
While not directly hypnosis it is still regarded as a scary quirk because the target typically can’t tell their being affected unless they know what to look for.
The target will usually believe they decided to do the task themselves, and believe it is a great idea to do so. Sorta like the jedi mind trick. Simple tasks, or suggestions the target could simply be asked to do take root easier than say, telling them to jump off a building.
Significant mental power can fight suggestions, or at least tell that they shouldn’t trust their thoughts.
You can already tell how Izuku’s middle school life would be.
