Summary
.
At least Deadpool's having fun, Peter thinks sourly as the man below him plows steadily through the mass produced army. Wires spark. Oil leaks. Metal heads and limbs skitter across the road and sidewalks, macabre even in its bloodlessness.
Aloud, Peter asks, "Is it weird to feel bad for the robots?"
.
or, Peter takes the plunge.

Summary
He hears a soft shushing escape Wade’s mouth and realizes it’s right by his ears. He doesn’t remember when, but somewhere through the ordeal he shoved his head into Wade’s shoulder and squeezed his eyes closed in a silent plea. It clocks to him that Wade is comforting him because he’s been letting out a constant stream of whimpers and whines.
He lifts himself and cries out in frustration.

Summary
His rabbit is close, so close, Ghost can hear his fast little heartbeat. Feel the air as it moves around him, soft and sweet as a caress. His rabbit is leading him on a fine chase, darting through hallways and rooms like it’s a dance, like an obstacle course of his own design.
Ghost soaks himself in it. In the pound of his heart and the ache in his chest, the thrum of blood in his veins and coating his teeth, his knife, his hands. He closes his eyes for beats at a time, savoring the heady rush of anticipation, soaking his tongue in saliva, every muscle in him primed for the inevitable lunge.
It happens, as so many miracles do, by happenstance. Ghost sees him, his rabbit, sweating and scared and ready, and the thing inside of Ghost that has made itself so at home howls in recognition.
The wolf has found its prey, and it’s time to hunt.
