Summary
In a Konoha untouched by violence, other than the initial Kyuubi attack, Naruto is forced to grow up isolated, aware of what he contains and convinced he is a monster. Realizing his chakra is poisonous, he desperately learns to control it, and in the process, ends up learning a host of other things. Even before he graduates from the Academy, he faces new jutsu, pestering teammates, and never-ending missions, all while trying (and failing) to find his Shinobi way.

“Thats a long time to keep a kid a secret.”
