A year after the events of Season 5, Mike publishes his first book titled “He Loved Me”. Will goes to a small bookshop in New York to watch his friend’s band play a show, and stumbles across the book in a discount bin. The discounted copy has a severely damaged cover. He doesn’t see who wrote it until he finishes the book.
Inside the book, Mike writes about two friends. To an outsider, it would appear to be a heartwarming story focused on an inseparable pair who grow up together, later admitting their romantic love for one another.
