Summary
How does knowing someone shape an entire life?
Two young people within the demon slayer corps find comfort in each others company, building a friendship that lasts longer than either of them could have anticipated. Hikari has been shoving her feelings deep within her heart for as long as she can remember, facing her duty to the Corps with as much compassion and composure it deserves. Kyojuro is much the same - putting duty and family above all else. Their friendship is formed from an instant connection but their respective inner-conflicts causes them to constantly challenge the other. Over the span of six years, Hikari and Kyojuro seem to meet again and again just when they need each other most, building up and discovering parts of themselves through their relationship. Will their fear of the future and their sense of duty get in the way of what their relationship could be?
