Dream is furious. After trying to find the culprit for Wilbur’ murder and being reminded, again and again, that there is no prison to put the culprit into—if ever found—he decides to have the biggest and best prison built.
If only Ghostbur hadn’t appeared. Interest in trying to solve the murder has gone downhill ever-since.
Things escalate further when SOMEONE burns down George’s house—where all the evidence was stored.
