Summary
Under a strange combination of circumstances, various criminal organizations top dogs around the world was scouted to create an exclusive syndicate dubbed as the “World Meeting”. Created to reap the benefits of a liberal approach towards biotechnology research and experiments that infringes on the bioethics of the world, each member joined bringing their expertise, resources and funding to make it work.
The “World Meeting” structure are divided into three parts:
Inner circle - they contain the decision makers.
Outer circle - they contain the underlings of the decision makers.
Expanding circle - they contain key people of interest that are outside of syndicate.
Each of them are given a codename of a country that they will use to refer to each other.These are the stories of the crumbling empire of the “World Meeting”.

Black Clover canon divergence I never knew I needed TT my black bull babies deserve ALL these love, THEY DESERVE THEIR BB FAMILY <3!! THIS STORY IS THE CUTEST AND SWEETEST. The idea that they are all a part of a secret ninth squad that recruit only each other, and they are all there for each others since the very beginning. This fanfic took my heart, and my soul, and everything I want from Black Clover aka the BLACK BULLS.
