In this world that tells me what I want, doesn't exist. But the skeleton? He was the embodiment of a nightmare, those black pits with red lights glaring at me. His teeth were sharp, curved into a frightful smile, one gold tooth glinted in the light, the red smoke from his cigar. It felt like sins crawling up my back. Somehow he exists".

Summary
Bitties are humans who use to be full size, now with no memory of their past lives or even their name. For their own protection, and to improve relationships between monsters and humans, bitties are placed at adoption centres, awaiting to be adopted by monsters.
Tina is one of said bitties; a rare adult bitty, and while she can't remember her past, she wishes she could forget the monster who tortured her to the brink of madness. Summary
notsosilentprincess once said "hey imagine a zelink mulan au" so I did this, but I took a lot of liberties with it. 500 years after the events of BOTW, Zelda grows up in Kakariko. Her father, having once served as a knight for the King, is conscripted into war when Ganondorf returns... but he is aged, and still suffers from old scars. To prevent him from going to war, Zelda dresses herself in traditional Sheikah garb and rides to the military camp, pretending to be her father's son, Sheik. The captain of that military camp is none other than a man named Link, and as Ganondorf threatens to destroy all of Hyrule all over again, they and their squad of soldiers must adventure, train, and fight against monsters now plaguing the land.

The way he ran and lied, and was still lying. King Rhoam was the one who insisted the truth be buried, but Link didn’t utter a word of protest. He may have come clean, but he had no intention of coming clean to all of Hyrule.
He felt he didn’t owe Hyrule anything.But the question remained, just how much did he owe Zelda?"
