Summary
Kylo Ren, actually Ben Solo, is an undercover spy in the First Order at the request of Leia and Luke. When Rey seeks him out on the enemy ship, he struggles to maintain his neutrality but is forced to act when he witnesses Rey being tortured by Snoke. Revealing his true identity and intentions, he flees with Rey to join the Resistance, where he faces distrust and reconciliation with his mother, Leia. As they work together on missions for the Resistance, Rey and Ben are forced to confront their conflicting feelings as their Force connection draws them closer, giving rise to a complicated romance amidst the chaos of war.
