Wordlessly, Cas slides his untouched glass of water over with the hand not mapping out Dean’s vertebrae. Dean shoots him a skeptical look. Cas responds with a raised eyebrow, daring him to argue.
The pain is full-on throbbing at this point, the left side of his skull lit up like a kid who stuck a butter knife into a wall outlet, so he shuts up and sips from the glass.
