Summary
From what had once been empty grey rock, his parents had meticulously crafted each winding coral system. Traveling far to other corals to gather and bring back each piece, planting and guiding to life a new reef for them to hide in. Every tunnel, every hidden cave and narrow crevice crafted specifically for them, for their small pod while his mama was still nurturing his unhatched egg.
The thought of his home dying alongside him and his parents was an unbearable thought.
or, Dick may be about 3 feet long but no matter what he'll protect his corals until he died. Bruce is just concerned for this suicidal merbaby that tried to kill him.
