Lloyd's studies have led to a discovery that The Man In The Moon, an evil sorcerer, would return and spread darkness across the land once again. However, when he tries to warn the lands protector of this threat he is instead sent away to another school to oversee organisation of the Summer Sun Celebration, with one simple mission: to make some friends.
...this is literally the dumbest thing in the world, and Lloyd has no intention of spending any time with these weird people.

Arin shifts, looking down at his hands and tugging at his sleeves. “Why… Why are you helping me?” He says slowly and softly.
Agent Walker tenses a little bit, he tilts his head and smiles. “Truthfully?” He asks, sitting up straighter and looking at Arin, keeping his friendly gaze. “You remind me of someone I think I used to know.”

Arin accidentally has a breakdown in some poor guys office, this guy seems weirdly familiar, though, and tries doing everything he can to help. Similarly, Agent Walker sees some poor kid have a meltdown in his office, and tries to help because he keeps being reminded of some kid in a black hoodie with blond hair.

Summary
Zuko thinks the Avatar's collection of misfits is behaving weirdly. They're constantly acting like they know something he doesn't, like they know him when they definitely shouldn't, and they're constantly trying to get him to join them! Which he would never do!
(For some reason, Sokka, Katara, and Aang have memories of growing old, and all the steps it took to get there, but have no idea what triggered it other than breaking Aang out of the iceberg. Naturally, they want things to be better, but teenage Zuko, still in his angry yelling phase? Adorable. They can work with this.)
