The merge happened, a cataclysmic event that ruptured the realms and tore apart reality.
Time seemed to shatter in the vantage point, so many points in time flashing through the splintering universe.The ninja tried desperately to stop it and save whoever they could, but chaos ripped through the realms. Thick, orange magma crackled and gleamed amongst the crimson light, and no matter what the ninja did, no matter what they threw at it…
Reality seemed to shatter, the Destiny’s Bounty ripped apart mid-air. The ninja and anyone they managed to save were sent flying through the cracks in reality. Light enveloped the world before…
It was over.
OR
The merge fucked up even more things as the past, present, and future events smashed themselves together alongside the other realms. And suddenly there's multiple kingdoms and the ninja are not surviving well. At all.
Meanwhile, Arin and Sora are just struggling to survive without the usual stability in canon. Fun times.

Todos lograron salir de la estructura antes de que terminara por colapsar, uniéndose un poco ante los viejos túneles de la ciudad, o al menos eso fue lo que pensaron en un inicio. Wyldfyre y Kai no estaban con ellos, por lo que solo quedaba una posibilidad de que estén allá abajo.
Por otro lado, Wyldfyre tiene algo que pocas veces sintió, sentía miedo de perder a alguien, tenía miedo de perder a su maestro por un error suyo, ¿puede confiar en su palabra mientras ve como cierra los ojos para siempre?

He remembers going to fight Garmadon, rounding a building, then trying to take control back on his mech as both he and Garmadon were blasted by …something in the sky. Someone was with him after that… multiple someones…
His team makes panicked sounds as Lloyd sits up straight, spitting out his drink.

Lloyd wakes up from a vision. Somehow it was even more terrifying than the previous ones. The Ninja's stables are empty, so Lloyd decides to look for them. Only to discover that his family put up with Ras and Arin. They made a deal. Ras will help them find Jay, Pixal and save Kai, while the Ninja help Ras undo the merge. And Lloyd is left out. That was a mistake.
(Or everyone is trauma fishing and bonding at the same time)
