Summary
Everyone has a guardian angel, but people never get to see them. Angels protect the person they are responsible for from far away, only intervening when it is absolutely necessary. But after years of watching Dean live an increasingly dangerous life, his guardian angel has had enough and has decided to physically be there for Dean. But by doing this, rules that have been around for thousands of years are broken and, literally, hell breaks out.
So now, Dean has to deal with not only the usual creatures he’s used to facing but now demons that want to take over the world and an angel that constantly gets in the way and changes his baby’s radio station.

Summary
Castiel had spent the last seven years living in his isolated cabin in the woods. It's where he chose to be, with his magic bound and his only visitor his childhood friend Charlie who refused to stop worrying about him.
He wasn't happy there, but it was where he deserved to be, and that wouldn't change, no matter what Charlie said.
But then one day a wolf collapsed in his garden, injured and scarred and covered in blood, and Castiel knew he couldn't just leave it to die. When he came back from a walk the next day to find a human in his kitchen, with the same scars and injuries as the wolf, and nowhere else to go, Castiel realised what must have happened, and despite knowing better, he allowed the familiar to stay with him.
Little did he know exactly how much of his life his new friend would change.

Summary
When Cas left home in the middle of the night, he didn't really have a plan. He just needed to leave. When he ended up in Lebanon, Kansas, he only planned on staying for a few days. He didn't count on a town full of kind, generous people, and a certain green-eyed baker who was always giving him free baked goods.
Dean has always wanted to travel, but he can't stand the idea of leaving his hometown forever. He's never been able to find someone who understands that, and most of the people who come to Lebanon don't stay, so he's sworn off serious relationships. Until a drifter with blue eyes and a caffeine addiction makes himself at home in his coffee shop.
