Honestly with everything else that has happened to him this isn’t really that worrying. Right?
Soft petals, sharp thorns, slowly killing him.
They bloom every time Matt Murdock tilts his head to listen. Every time Frank Castle's voice gets low and rough. Every time they look at him like he matters.
The drug wasn't supposed to turn into this. The love wasn't supposed to become lethal.
But Peter's been in love with them for months, and flowers are patient. They wait.
