Summary
The passage of time tends to dull things in Mark’s head. He hardly remembers the summers he spent roaming the palace gardens. Time had run fast back then, in the way life does when you are young and unhindered. But Mark sees the sharp slant of his smile and knows in his gut that it’s a smile he’s seen many times before. Peaking around the hedges and through the fringe of the sun. It’s a smile he knows well, but also not at all.
Or Mark becomes the royal tutor for the youngest prince, Jisung. Over the years, he falls into a humble routine. He teaches Jisung, presses flowers for his mother, and spends his evenings in the gardens. It’s all very simple, until it’s not.

Summary
Summers, inevitably like the rising of the tide and the setting of the Sun, come and go in a breeze that never fails to change someone's life, every year round just the same.
Happiness, friendship, heartbreak, love — how to stop wanting, when all you've ever done is want?
Or: Donghyuck has yet to find a way to stop his heart from skipping a beat every time he brushes his hand against Mark Lee's, Jaemin has a secret, Jisung aches for a season which can simply never stay, and Renjun changes the course of summer in a most-fateful encounter under the warm stare of the fire flames.

Summary
Donghyuck has been living quite a normal life, at least as normal as a life can be when you're a (failing) witch. His days follow the same routine, over and over as he tries to wrap his head around the spellbook that seems to have decided Donghyuck will never succeed with a spell or a potion. That is, until one of his peaceful mornings are interrupted by Mark stomping up a storm down the path of their neighbourhood. Donghyuck is never one to turn down an adventure, but even more so, he's never one to turn down a chance to annoy Mark Lee.
Or; NCT Dream mythical creatures AU but they all suck and can't use their powers correctly. Mark is acting weird and Donghyuck isn't about to let him get away with that and pulls all their other friends along for a dAnGeRouS adventure or something like that.

Summary
One of Donghyuck’s knees digs into Mark's stomach when he tries to curl into himself, his voice going smaller. "Not even like I’m so nervous I need to shit. You know how you can shit yourself when you die? I mean that. Post mortem poop."
"You would shit your pants over Jaemin," Mark sounds out the name, shrugging the words on to see how well they fit. The answer is not the way he thought they would—definitely oversized on the frame of Donghyuck's personality, very much foreign on Mark's tongue, and a fashion statement to make when worn anyway. “Are you sure you mean Jaemin?"
(or, it only takes Mark some years to confess. Here's all twelve of them.)
