「不行。」秒答。「就一下、就一下……拜託」Wednesday 嘆了一口氣，走到 Enid 的床邊示意對方給自己讓出一些空間後坐下「就一下。」，Enid 發出了雀躍的歡呼聲，伸出右手輕輕把 Wednesday 的尾巴握入掌心。在尾巴被碰觸到的瞬間，Wednesday 感覺身體像觸了電，他試著想拉開距離，尾巴卻好像生出了自我意識一樣，纏住 Enid 的手。

Summary
Enid is selected to be the bodyguard for the Addams children when hunters begin to take the Addams out one by one. Enid has no idea that the Addams are vampires, nor that it is hunters who are after them. She has to navigate, not only keeping Wednesday and Pugsley alive for the next two months, but also the confusing enigma that is Wednesday Addams- a girl who just loves to get her blood pumping.
