Neck growing tired from the position she was holding, the reporter was about to give the ceiling her undivided attention when she noticed something was off. She narrowed her eyes. There was a lack of red in her line of sight. Additionally, his softer snore was absent as well. Any edge that she had to her squint dissipated when it dawned on her.

Meryl wakes up from her nightmare yet again. She prepares herself to follow the same routine of waiting for the night to end when she notices a certain blond haired guy missing. Worried, she goes to look for him, only to find that he had sat down on top of the roof of the car; pondering about his own regrets. (Not really a shocker though) Altruistic as she is, Meryl joins him and tries to make him feel better. However, things go awry pretty quickly.

Summary
Hank knows that machines can't care or fear or be hurt. Connor agrees but for some reason that pisses Hank off... There's something not right about CyberLife's involvement with the police and there's something not right about Connor. The sooner he can get rid of him the better.
Connor is finally in beta testing after rigorous optimization and validation. "Outside" is full of colours and smells. People say things that don't mean what they sound like they mean. Androids are meant to make life easier for humans, but not all humans are happy about it. The mission is most important though. Once he has passed beta testing he will be perfect- Amanda said so- therefore he must be perfect to pass beta. He'll finally be good enough and worthy of all of the time and money CyberLife has spent on him.

Summary
Being friends with a Disassembly Drone came with it's quirks, Uzi Doorman had learned that rather quickly. They were quirks she could handle, annoying sometimes but also entertaining. It was just part of what made N so endearing to her. He was basically a golden retriever, in metaphorical purity and actual physical action. From his constantly wagging tail to his persistently happy demeanor. That didn't mean it wasn't exhausting, or confusing.
Like right now. With his weird display of shiny things and constant hopping.
