In an AU where Part 4 never happened, it seems Stand users are still drawn to each other. Rohan Kishibe runs Morioh's coolest record store, along with the world's okayest employees: Koichi, Yuya, and Okuyasu. They live happily in their bubble of obscure music references and hipster style points until the fateful day when Josuke Higashikata enters the picture.
(aka: Started writing a self indulgent AU heavily inspired by the series and movie High Fidelity, and just decided to lean into it.)
Primarily a Josuyasu story, with subplots and minor relationships. And occasionally artwork!

In the midst of a gigantic lack of good emotions in his daily life, Okuyasu meets a smiling boy with an all destroyed pomp, who smelled of carnations and vanilla flowers on a rainy day.

Josuke’s gaze snaps up from the counter when the voice gains a body, carting a large bag of coffee beans with it. The smell proceeds the person, the scent of coffee shocking him awake before the realization does.
He’d recognize those scars anywhere. He’d recognize that shock of white hair anywhere. He’s ashamed he didn’t recognize the voice, sooner. Josuke’s stunned into silence, jaw open like he’s catching flies.

Everyone knew about it. It was the most obvious thing in the world. Of course, Koichi noticed it first.
As per usual, Koichi, Josuke and Okuyasu all met up on their way to school. However there was something...different about them, Koichi noticed.. They were definitely more touchy and in touch with their softer sides when around each other these days. Not that Koichi minded. It was just weird to see his two hot headed friends acting that way with each other when they were either yelling loudly or wrestling with each other.
