Alexandria (Rick) had taken Negan's deal.
Every week, Rick would be at Negan's side while the Saviors unloaded houses and loaded their vehicles, while Alexandrians glared daggers from porches or from behind curtains and blinds. He knew those looks were directed at him even if he never saw them with his own gaze fixed to the ground in front of him. Everywhere Rick went on Pick-up Days, he felt eyes on him. None felt as stifling as Negan's.
If Rick stopped trying to shirk those leather touches and stopped feeling sick with the heat of that gaze on him, he wouldn't admit to it.

Summary
The need is undeniable, and dauntingly close to becoming a missed opportunity. Carl, in his last year of high school and mere weeks from graduation, becomes Bold. Ish. Whatever, there's not much to lose. Either 4 years of strategically planning his classes to contain Mr. Morgan finally pays off, or he makes a complete fool of himself and maybe gets his teacher arrested.
(Arguably-underage Carl smokes a bunch of weed like a good lad - definitely supplied by Uncle Daryl - and tries to fuck his 42 year old wet dream)

With two discerning appetites, a deal to keep each other fed is the one thing that ties Astarion and Gale together. But the proverbial collar slips all too easily around Gale's throat, the lead feels right in Astarion's unchained hands, and both men think they've bested the other in a game neither should be playing.
In any case. As the greats say in lanceboard: there is no shame in losing to a stronger foe.
