His fangs are just barely visible, a pure white, as if to mock what she'd just seen them do.

He shines, just as bright as anything in the sky ever could.
It’s only been one night, nothing in the grand scheme of the lives they’ve lived, but you could convince Dan Oh she’s spent lifetimes with the boy at her side. She looks at him now and she doesn’t know how she’d ever missed it before.
Dan Oh had only ever wanted to be loved. She sees now she was a fool to ever think she wasn’t.

“What’s stopping me, Suguru?” He asks, a cold weight settling in his gut. To him, there could be no greater cause than this. “What’s stopping me from killing everybody here and dragging you back to the school?”
The crowd was ever moving around them, unaware of the very real threat to their lives.
Satoru could blow a hole through this city, massacring hundreds if not thousands of people. Their bodies would be destroyed, whether by his own attack or the collapse that would follow it.
“I’d drag you broken and bloody through their bodies if that’s what it took.” And it feels as intent as a binding vow.

Summary
Suguru has stopped to think. Satoru doesn't know how much he's considering it, if it's something that Suguru has to consider at all, but it doesn't matter. Satoru has no real desire to see them dead, in the same way that he doesn't particularly care if they live.
It would fulfill justice, avenge her death, in some miniscule way.
It would do nothing for her, she wouldn't be brought back to life and she would derive no joy from their deaths.
“With the way I feel, I don't think I'd care if I did it right now.” Later, maybe he'd care. Maybe their blood would stain his hands and haunt his memory; maybe he'd find pleasure in it, in the way they paid for their sins; maybe nothing would change and their deaths would weigh so little on Satoru's mind that one day he'd forget about them. Maybe he'd be the monster people call him.
(Or, the one in which Satoru and Suguru can only experience humanity by each others sides)

The lights go out. Steve keeps his eyes fixed just left of the thing, can just barely make out a shoulder and sort-of head in the light of the moon, and tries to swallow back the sickening feeling of being hunted. He wants to run for his house but he can’t. He can’t, because if he takes his eyes off the thing for even a second, he won’t know where it is, and that’s scarier than seeing it.
But then- then Steve’s vision blurs for just a moment too long, and when he blinks away the tears and looks, it’s gone.
Steve lunges for the house doors. When the patio lights flicker back on, the poolside is empty, and Steve Harrington is missing. No one notices.

Summary
The first time it happens, Will classifies it as a little accident.
When he wakes, the morning sun is burning through the window onto their faces, and Mike’s cursing as he stands to close the curtains, stumbling all the way.
“Scoot over,” he grumbles, voice dry, and for a second Will can’t do anything other than sigh like a lovesick idiot. It’s a second too late for Mike, because he grumbles more words Will doesn’t catch under his breath and then physically pushes Will towards the wall to lay beside him, arm over Will’s middle. A second of silence passes, then Mike sighs, only to whine: “Fuck, my head hurts.”
Will can’t help it: he breaks down laughing, much to Mike’s offense.
