It was odd when the Eridians found Simon on a distant planet some light-years away, to say the least. But Ryland Grace wasn't exactly a stranger to odd beings (he's friends with a rock for crying out loud!). Besides, after the initial rough patch of their first few meetings, Grace and Simon had managed to build a half-decent life for themselves on Erid--the ocean, the fog, plant life for Simon and a job for Grace. This is my favorite anderperry fic ever, its so sweet and beautifully written
