Every time Takeo grabs me in a violent chokehold, or pats me hard enough on the back to burst a lung, or hugs me tight to his gargantuan chest with no possibility of escape – whether it’s that I’ve been conditioned to like it, or to associate it with safety, or whatever the fuck – my own personal pathology is that being physically dominated in a loving way is pretty much the only way I want to get off.

Summary
Dedra, despite all her best efforts, finds herself drawn to Syril. It pisses her off.
“What do you want, Syril?” She demanded, but her eyes lacked their usual indifference. She watched him struggle internally for a moment, reading every emotion clearly on his distressed face.
“I’m going to ask you again, and I expect an answer this time, lieutenant,” She took a step closer, just inches from him now, crossing a line that neither of them had crossed since Ferrix. “Tell me what you want.”
