This follows a variation in which the notorious serial killer Hisashi Shigaraki is deemed insane and so is saved from the death penalty. Izuku grows up to become a criminal profiler and his past haunts him. With Tomura on the loose and Izuku recognizing his killing patterns evolving, even coming to the conclusion that Tomura is killing with the help of others as a death cult. If he wants to catch Tomura, he unfortunately may need Hisashi's input.

Izuku is a lowly peasant who joined with his nation's army to ward off the advance. Unfortunately it seems fighting the inevitable.Or: Izuku had his memories wiped as a child by a witch whom his mother paid. His mother had fled from the Empire to escape the King. Izuku grows up as an ordinary child unknowing that he is in fact a prince. Until his past finds and recognizes him.
