Wooyoung knew that love wasn't for him, at least not right now. A year and a half ago, he would have said the opposite, but after the events of eighteen months ago with San, he refused to fall in love ever again.
He had loved so deeply. So much so that it had cost him seventeen months of therapy, tears, a cat, weeks of comfort from Yeosang, overtime hours at work to stay busy and refrain from thinking about San, and a move. All of that just to accept the end of their relationship.
And he truly thanked the thief who stole his bag and left him without a phone, because otherwise, he would have written to San again to beg him to take him back.

Except it was. Seonghwa didn’t usually feel a strong need to wear Hongjoong’s clothes to bed—except when he was about to go into heat. It was very shameful, and it made him self-conscious to know that if he grew comfortable asking for it then Hongjoong would soon learn to recognize the pattern. It was a bad habit he’d developed since they were very young, and he’d struggled to drop it even after Hongjoong had been assigned as his alpha in the pack.

“This is Yunho. He is my alpha and I promise he won’t hurt you” his voice dropping to a soft tone.
“Lies” a small voice answered back. It took a moment to realise it came from the young omega. The voice sounded broken and strained.
“I would never lie to you. I promise you Yunho would never hurt you” the conviction in Seonghwa’s voice apparently strong enough to make Wooyoung stop trying to move away and look back up at the elder. The youngers eyes were filled with tears threatening to spill over and down his bruised cheeks. He looked so young and broken and scared and Seonghwa knew he couldn’t just leave him here.
He didn’t know how to describe the feeling in his chest, only that he knew that he had to take Wooyoung with them. He had to take care of this boy and protect him with everything he had. No matter what his alphas said.

San snorts. He caps the purple polish and reaches for the topcoat, the one with the tiny flecks of glitter suspended in clear lacquer. He shakes the bottle once, listening to the little glass beads rattle against the sides. “Yeah, obviously. I told you so.” He uncaps the topcoat and starts on his left hand again, pinky first. The brush glides smooth. “I’m always right, and someday you’re going to accept that.”
The silence stretches. San works his way across his left hand, blowing between each nail. The glitter throws little prisms across his skin. He’s almost through his right hand when Yunho speaks again, and the venom in his voice is so sudden, that San’s brush stalls for a half-second over his ring finger.
“You didn’t tell me that the other person was you, San.”
OR

Summary
