Sure every democrat vote is tampered with and Nino can't talk to reporters and there's a tally on the wall for the number of times where Marinette and Adrien have fallen for each other, but they've made a rule that Kagami can't reference manga as advice for hero missions, so it's really about to take a turn for the best.
This will absolutely become a professional operation. Definitely.

In a desperate attempt to find out if Steven has managed to fail at proposing a second time, they run around Beach City as Beachapalooza is packed up, hoping to solve the mystery. Along the way, they realize they may not have been in as much danger as they thought.

Lapis and Steven do everything together - work a shop, jam in a band, fight the gem monsters that constantly try to destroy Beach City, and everything's great as long as they repress all their feelings and never, ever talk about any of the incidents that caused them.
Which is fine, as long as resident Hacker Peridot doesn't spend all day in their coffeeshop with her kitty face smile. And as long as Connie isn't so qualified as a Swordfighter they have to give her a job. And as long as no one asks Lapis how, exactly, she managed to get so many levels in Water Witch. Her hands are covered in flour because she’s kneading dough, and she’s kneading dough because she found out last week that Adrien buys his bread at the grocery store. Her boyfriend is rich, and he could buy nice bread, but he doesn’t. Instead, Marinette bakes bread from scratch and knows that Adrien is always touched by gifts that aren’t paid for.
“You never found out?” Adrien grins as he leans across the counter. -

Trialcum Silocide. It's not uncommon in Zaun. The street name is Brain Eater, because it's an awful poison and an awful way to die. The upside is that it's slow, and the cure isn't hard to come by, so as long as you can get to a friend it's not much to worry about.
Thing is, Ekko's home and friends aren't exactly easy to access, and he's inhaled enough Brain Eater that he's probably got a week before it finishes him off. For most people that's plenty of time, but Ekko lives the kind of life where he could be dead before someone finds him. Anyone who cares about him could help him, though. It's an easy fix.
Jinx just isn't sure which memories he has and which he doesn't, and she'd rather not get murdered because he's forgotten all the nice parts of her. -
