Summary
A silence fell between the two men. It was cold in prison. Even with someone this close to his body, and with the warmth of the blood streaming over his arms, Mikoto still felt cold. He let out a sigh, feeling it leave his lungs in small breaths, choppy and quick. It seemed like his body still hadn’t completely recovered from the shock of waking up in pain, but unable to recall why. He only then noticed that his hands were trembling. What did Kotoko do to him? He gasped for air, feeling something press against his skin again. More antiseptic? Perhaps a numbing cream to stop the pain? He held his breath, almost pulling back his arm from shock. Shidou leaned in to place a gentle kiss on one of Mikoto's wounds, specifically the one on his wrist. His lips felt soft against the skin, Mikoto looking down, eyes wide. He felt his heart skip a beat. So no more antiseptic after all, huh?

After Mikoto's fight with Kotoko, Mikoto wakes up unable to recall anything. Luckily Shidou is here to take care of his wounds and get him back on his feet. A 0509 fanfic in which Shidou helps Mikoto recover after his fight with Kotoko.

Summary
Shidou had heard stories of groundbreaking explosions of color when first meeting your soulmate, but by the time he was in his late 20s and having just lost his fourth lover after sacrificing so much, he started to believe he was just colorblind. That is, until he wound up in some interesting prison and met Mikoto.
A/N: Soulmate AU where people can't see color until they make eye contact with their soulmate. Everything else about Milgram up until the end of the first trial is basically the same besides maybe a few creative liberties. Enjoy!
