Summary
After the events of Half-Life Alyx where Eli is alive and Gordon saved Alyx from the G-Man and the Combine are defeated, Gordon and Alyx arrive back to White Forest where the resistance has begun to settle down and rebuild civilization. Gordon, now free from the burden of saving the world, not only has to heal his physical wounds, but has to process the events of the entire Half-Life series. While healing, he and Barney have to confront how their relationship changed after 20 years in stasis (spoiler they're still gay for each other).
