Summary
Quill does not know much of Witch Hat Atelier, other then the spells. That was what they know most of. Anything else was just whatever their friend rambled to them about that they barely remembered.
Though, maybe Quill should've payed some attention.
Why the hell are they in Witch Hat Atelier? At least they can mess around with the magic system.
What do you mean half of the spells they've made are 'war crimes'? Or that, apparently, any healing magic is forbidden? Why do people look at them weird?

Wherein a very tired British teenager is thrown face first into a few weeks before Witch Hat Atelier starts with only the knowledge on spells and nothing else. Oh, and their laptop bag.
Now it's a coin flip on whether Quill becomes a war criminal, a Brim Cap, or the worst headache known to man. Yes, all three are very different.
