Summary
Maybe it was an impulse for Agent Phoenix to drag John Juniper from the rubble of Zoraxis Defense. Maybe it was empathy that made them offer him a place to recover. But keeping him hidden from the watchful gaze of the EOD, including their handler? They were still trying to figure that one out, but at least he made for good company.
(Phoenix drags Juniper out of the wreckage of the peace summit and to Babadag with them. Also no one else knows John is alive, oopsie.)
