    "Not a secret," Rin grumbles but resumes dressing, and in the blink of an eye and under a set of Blue Lock lounge wear, he's back to normal. Lean and long-limbed, the boy-shaped embodiment of the word sulk. "And it's not anyone's business but my own anyway, so you can fuck right off with that confidant shit."

    "I mean it." Isagi says. Rin glances back over his shoulder, one bright green eye and the approximate pressure of the bottom of the ocean. Isagi meets it head-on, same as ever. "It's not my business. And I'll make sure it's no one else's either."

    When a chance encounter with Rin in the locker room gets Isagi an eyeful, he doesn't make a big deal of it. Two weeks out from U-20, he's got other things on his mind.

    Except then Rin gets a surprise period ten days before the match, and it's up to the two of them to get him to U-20 in one piece. And then everything about Rin is suddenly on his mind. Constantly.
