Pandora held her hands out in supplication, the multiple bangles and rings jingling with her every move. “Regulus, don’t be angry. Snuffles needed a home!” She pointed at him, “You are the perfect choice.”“Sn-Snuffles?” he sputtered out, incredulous. He shook his head virulently, “I can’t have a dog in the dorms.”
“Yes, you can,” she refuted. “I’ve already requested a waiver for your anxiety.” Regulus levelled an intensely annoyed look at her, eyes narrowed. She grinned back at him and shrugged, “It’s too late?” Pandora slid a piece of paper across the counter, tapping it lightly.
