Summary
James: Good luck today, baby. You’re going to crush it. I believe in you.
James: Please tell me you’re eating something, love? Don’t make me nag you.
He stared at the screen, willing a reply. One minute passed, then two. Nothing.
James’s jaw clenched. Not a good sign.

Summary
Mike glanced away, picking at his thumbnail nervously, before looking back at him with a tentative crease in his eyebrows. “Maybe… maybe we could kiss each other. You know,” he rushed to say when Will didn’t respond right away. “Just to get it over with.”

Summary
Jeremy blinks, maybe back into consciousness, maybe just back into awareness, to light pouring into the window and a familiar silhouette standing over him.
“What are you on?” The Marseille accent snaps, and Jeremy groans at the words.
No. No, no, no. It’s not fair how his mind does this to him. It’s not fair how even in his drugged-out, numbing haze, his mind still conjures images of the best thing he ever lost. Why? Why does it torture him like this?
Wake up. He needs to wake up.
“Jeremy, what are you on?”
“Stop,” Jeremy moans. “Please, stop.”
He brings his right hand up to his left wrist, pinching so hard that he shivers and his eyes water. He digs his nails in, hoping to draw blood if that’s what it takes to get himself to wake up. He can’t do it again. He can’t have Jean in his hazy dreams and wake back up to being alone.
“Do not,” dream Jean hisses, and he bends down to grab Jeremy’s wrist, yanking it away.
His touch feels so real, so warm, almost like…
“Jean?” Jeremy’s voice is raw and rough. His throat is so dry.
TW: drug use, relapse, suicidal thoughts, self-harm/cutting, depression

Summary
After all, Regulus had spent his last years feeling like a fucking leftover, the kind of thing no one really wanted but kept around because no one had the nerve to throw it away. So when Sirius got himself expelled yet again, dragging Regulus along for the fallout, he had no expectations. John Laird’s College was the only place willing to take Sirius despite his sinister file.
Or: Two brothers with a traumatic childhood and exactly zero emotional tools try to reconnect. Regulus accidentally makes friends, joins the football team, and ends up sharing a hotel room with James Potter, which goes about as fruity as you’d expect.
This AU explores grief, sibling angst, queer yearning and a bunch of other stuff that I felt like adding according to the experience I had being a teen.- Language:
