Summary
Hermione was never the one allowed to fall apart, but 7 years after the Battle of Hogwarts, she's broken her body and mind. Hiding in the Muggle world should have been easy, with Ginny keeping tabs, Hermione should have been able to keep her existence on the downlow, no one else knowing where she was or if she was even still alive, until one chance encounter sends her right into the arms of Theodore Nott who's determined to try and help the fallen golden girl. Even if it means having to teach her how to accept help from his partner, Draco Malfoy and himself. Forced to work together, they'll learn just how truly broken Hermione is, and how much she desperately needs to be taken care of, even if she's too stubborn to admit it.
