"What do you want?” Reki asks warily, playing with his fingers anxiously, trying not to sound as meek as he felt.

That makes Reki look up, shocked. “W-what?” He demands, convinced he had misheard the other man.
Adam looks every bit relaxed as Reki is tensed. “I said, I want you, pretty boy.” He repeats himself patiently. “Langa-kun may be the main course, but you – you’re the hors d’oeuvre, you are what paves the way to the main course.”
Reki tries to wrap his head around Adam’s twisted logic but gets nowhere. “Therefore,” Adam continues with a predatory smile. “I need to take you before I take my Eve.”
