Summary
When Okarun first lost his balls, at first, he just thought he would still have his dick, just without the balls. However, instead, his whole genital was replaced with a female one.
He was planning to tell his friends about it, but that might seem weird (or it is weird) so, he kept this secret of his genital change to himself. (That meant that everyone was aware that his balls were lost, but they don't know about the 'kitty' situation.) Until, he starts to feel something new, a weird urge that happens whenever he's close to Jiji, or even glancing at him. It felt weird, he thought he was a pervert, and he shouldn't think this way. This feeling started to become unbearable, so Okarun attempted to fix it himself.
But, that ended up taking a turn.

It was pretty obvious to anyone else that yeah Okarun was a pretty good guy. Manners outta this world (pun definitely intended haha) but to Jiji he was cute. Not a quick glance type of cute but to him, and his bastard alpha, Okarun was the type of cute that made him want to take him and hide him away from society. The guy on the doorstep is coiled tight but trying to look casual, his lips pulling back to reveal a smile that shows too much teeth to be called anything but "predatory".
"Hi! I'm Lloyd. You must be Six."
Six swallows a sigh, turning sideways to allow the other man entry into the house.
Lloyd steps in without hesitation, pulling the (very expensive-looking) sunglasses off of his face and sliding them into the front-pocket of his (Gucci?) shirt.
He takes a moment to examine his surroundings as Six quietly shuts the door.
With his designer clothes and his delicately-groomed mustache, Lloyd somehow manages to look both entirely out of place and absolutely comfortable in the middle of a C.I.A. safe house.
He pops his lips and turns back to face Six, spreading his arms after a moment of silence.
"Well, where would the world be without the buddy system, am I right? Let's get to work."

His head is reeling at how attentive Jiji is. Picture perfect Jiji, with his nice looks and kind personality and incredibly unfair height. Ken can't blame Ayase-san, she truly was onto something back then to like him. Because who wouldn't? Ken himself failed miserably when he tried to despite his best efforts and the endless torment of his heart, so it's safe to say such a feat is impossible to achieve.
Because everyone likes Jiji.
