Harry to groans himself and then takes a deep breath. “Okay, well. Here’s the thing. I peed on a stick.”
Louis isn’t able to get more than a shocked “What!” out before Harry’s steamrolling on.
“I peed on a stick and it says it’s positive, but you always prattle on about how it’s best to go to the doctor’s before you get excited, you know to confirm it because sometimes hormones are off or you have like a tumor or some shit and get false positives and what if I’m dying and-”
“You’re pregnant?!” Louis shouts out, stomach dropping as the words leave his mouth.
“Um, yeah… maybe.”

Summary
“You should just move in.” Louis froze, eyes wide, heart kicking in his chest as Harry paused and looked up, looking at Louis warily.
“Really?” Harry whispered and Louis clasped his hands together to hide his shaking fingers.
“I mean, you’re here anyway … I just … yeah?” Louis finished weakly, and a few seconds passed in agonising silence until a shockingly bright smile stretched across Harry’s face.

Summary
“What if we don’t have to?” Louis asks slowly, and Harry can practically see the gears behind Louis’ eyes spinning madly as his mind concocts whatever harebrained scheme he’s envisioning.
Harry lets his hand fall to his lap, Louis’ fingers still closed around his forearm. The other boy makes no move to pull away, and Harry relishes the unexpected contact. “Don’t have to what?” Harry asks, his brain catching up with his ears as he looks at Louis expectantly.
The pink, pointed tip of Louis’ tongue darts out to wet his lips before he fixes Harry with an intense stare. “Have to go to uni without losing our virginity first.”
Or, the one where Harry wants Louis, Louis wants to lose his virginity, and a camping trip is exactly what they need to sort themselves out.

Summary
Fourteen months after getting engaged and only 21 weeks after their wedding, Harry can't possibly live with the emptiness any longer--so he leaves.
Harry had been so convinced that he and Louis were infinite that he could barely accept that they did, in fact, have an ending point. That they could, in fact, break. Louis was nothing more than a ghost, and maybe Harry wasn't any different. They didn't know each other. They were just going through the motions. So he leaves.
Four months feels like eternity, and when Louis seems ready to finally bandage up the wounds they'd left on each other, it almost feels like enough to crush the rest of Harry. Except it doesn't, because somehow, in each other's absence they'd gained something they'd been lacking since their marriage began: perspective.
