Megumi unlatches the locks on the window, allowing the glass panes to swing inward into the library. He doesn’t lean out to Sukuna, nor does he put his hands on the window ledge. He just stands with his arms awkwardly at his side, as if he doesn’t quite know what to do.
“What are you doing here?” he asks, eyes narrowing as they’re met with the icy breeze blowing in from outside.
“As this school’s only mailman, I take my job very seriously.”
Megumi doesn’t crack a smile, but his shoulders do relax, which Sukuna takes as a win.

I’m taking your gallon of bleach.
Had the message arrived from a different number, Megumi might’ve considered it an innocuous little statement, one that raises no potential moral or ethical concerns beyond those posed by the process of doing laundry.
However, this is a text from Sukuna, and although Megumi has no prior evidence to back up this assumption, Megumi thinks that allowing his roommate to mess around with chemicals while unsupervised in the earliest hours of the morning would probably be a bad idea.
So, Megumi calls him.
Megumi learns that home isn't always where the heart is. Sometimes, it's found in a run-down dorm with a disaster for a roommate.
