Tim Drake had always wanted a big brother. When he was younger, he imagined what they would be like. The looks were just Robin, his idol. His object of worship. Dick's smile and affectionate hugs. Jason's protective passion. (Through his camera lens he could imagine himself in that spot, taking that space and receiving those gifts. He wasn't a stranger they didn't know. He could imagine-) Tim wanted someone to make him feel less lonely.
He got a monster instead.

The monster is used to giving, he was forged to uphold a family. Bearing weights that would have made a lesser soldier crack. He wasn't used to receiving something in return.

“We don’t have a choice-”
“Yes you do! To fight and tell them we can’t fit anyone else here!”
“Guys- I know there is a cause for alarm and- A lot of opinions. However, this time around we don’t have a choice. I can’t just turn them away. He… He doesn’t have anywhere to go,” Blazer said, Invisigal raising a brow as she sat up in her chair. She pulled out a single earbud, her music still blasting in her left ear as she spoke.
“And what will they do if we don’t? Can’t we just send him to another team?” She asked.
“If we refuse to put him on the team? I was told they were going to- They were going to get rid of him. Permanently,”

Summary
A week after what was considered the end, problems still plague Krat as it tries to rebuild. Dregs of the Alchemists scattered around Krat have gone into hiding, monsters still roam dark alleys and waterways, and puppet attacks have again risen.
In an attempt to cure one of these problems, the newly named Pinocchio and his friend and guide, Gemini, travel to the ruins of the Alchemist Isle on a hunch from the incredible genius Venigni.
What they find there, though, starts a new chapter in their lives.

The day started off like any usual day in the hotel, ghosts huddled around the TV chatting obnoxiously loud, Ester practicing her dark magic, Ben trying to boost his ego and failing in doing so, Nathan trying to work the front desk but scaring off potential customers when his hand goes through keys instead of grabbing them. The same old normal they have become so used to after living in the hotel for so long. However, Abaddon had bigger plans in mind today, yes today on this faithful day, Abaddon was finally going to capture the Moth-man, his arch nemesis since the dawn of time.
