Summary
The Six-Eared Macaque has revived... 200 years too early?
Soon, he faces a dilemma far earlier than expected and drastically decides to explore the world with the help of a stranger to run from his past. Through this journey, Macaque must face new foes, make new relationships, and live through the changes of time. All while being told by the heavens and those on earth that Macaque’s travel companion, and possible mentor, might not be who he believes they are.
In the present, Macaque must prepare to face his past as it rapidly catches up to ruin the peaceful life he’s worked too hard to gain for his loved one, said past unraveling around him as more questions arise regarding his journey. What had happened during those 200 years? Only the Six-Eared Macaque knows the answer.
Macaque believes he’ll figure all of this out from there. He just hopes the decision with his companion changes his views on his life, for the better.
(Spoiler: it does in a way but will Macaque remain sane in the end? Or will he lose it all despite his efforts?)

Summary
Peng "accidentally" enrages Wukong by throwing the bludger right at Macaque, and doing so breaks a few bones. Well, good for them — Wukong also is a specialist in breaking bones!

Summary
Possession was the art to break the mind.
When LBD left the mind of the Monkey King, she left it in shambles, wretched ruins incapable of standing alone. Leaving behind only a terrified monkey overwhelmed by his most irrepressive instinct.
When Macaque agreed to help MK, he didn't sign up to be a babysitter. But apparently, he was the only one Sun Wukong trusted in this feral state.
He was only doing it because he had to feed on someone else's magic. At least that's what he told himself while he wiped the tears or his murderer.

Macaque is forced to realize how much his oldest friend is hurting, and he is struggling with this revelation. Sun Wukong struggles with other blooming feelings once healed, but how could he not when he learn of the way Macaque cared for him when he was hurting ?

He keeps going, “You’re safe here. You’re safe with Uncle. With MK. With Tang. With all of them. All these years being alone in the dark without a candle to light your way? I can see in the dark, and MK can too now! I’m sure Uncle’s got a match somewhere and all you gotta do is provide the candle.”
He scoots closer, taking both your hands now and keeping your gaze. “You. Are. Safe. Even if shit hits the fan, you will not be alone to pick up all these broken pieces anymore. I’m here. We all are.”
