He wondered what it would be like, to hold a smaller version of himself in his arms—it’s always been a recurrent thought of his, deep and subconscious though it always has been, but sometimes the weight of crown and country sank so far into his skin that it was difficult to remember that swathed in responsibility as he was, he was still young enough to enjoy what life hadn’t yet taken from his hands.
Fortunately, he had Hakuno by his side to remind him they still had an eternity spread out before them so that he would never get lost in the flood of his mind, and satisfy the part of him that yearns to leave a part of himself behind.

In retrospect, perhaps she should have, and just then, maybe Hakuno wouldn’t be having existential doubts about the meaning behind whatever it was Gilgamesh whispered into her hair whenever they mapped each other’s bodies out, biting and sucking in all the places they knew would make them fall apart at the seams.
Gilgamesh might think of himself cunning and subtle, but his silence, however, only encouraged Hakuno to try harder to expose his many lies. Just what game is he playing now?

Most people would say Hakuno’s life was as easy as it was predictable, but she couldn’t complain: she lived in a shared apartment with her best friend in opposition to the rest of her colleges, who still lived on their parents’ dime, and she even had a stable job that could more or less cover most of her expenses—at a shady dive bar, sure, but a stable job nonetheless. What else could she ask for? Her life was as good as could be. It was only when a certain blond nuisance started to come into her bar time and time again in hopes of stirring up her routine that Hakuno started to feel deeply sorry for whatever she’d done in her past life that had landed her in this mess.

(Fem!Kuroko) Meeting the ambitious Kagami at Seirin certainly had its perks, but she wouldn't mind if some drama could be cut away. Especially the one revolving around her past teammates who simply do not know where the limits are. Instead of peace and basketball, there is an overwhelming amount of memories that needed to be awoken as well as lived through.
(Their praises were sung and admiration was gifted in the amplest of amounts, all bleeding into the sweetest barbed wire that fed and twisted their minds with the nectar of victory.)

Hakuno wondered if keeping her feelings bottled up like this would finally make her a good liar.
Gilgamesh knew he was inevitable, and Hakuno stopped pretending she was trying to avoid him at all. In her attempts to get him off her head, she concluded that the best way to get over her fixation for danger -and more specifically whatever nonsensical emotion he stirred within her- was to let Gilgamesh bang it out of her.
Shockingly, not only it makes her stupid fixation with Gilgamesh even worse, it also brought with it feelings she might have preferred not to have at all.

When Gudako decided to give one Hakuno Kishinami the opportunity to summon her own Servant, she only meant to provide her with someone who could look out for her when the King of Heroes was absent. Instead of that, she thinks they might have broken all the laws of physics and reality as they knew them. After all, it’s not as though there was a way to top ‘you just summoned your own son’ on the scale of awkward relationship confessions, right?
