Izuku Midoriya was tired of people, especially the ones who always stood up for Katsuki Bakugo more than they would for him. He thought that after he got a quirk, and when he finally got into his dream school, it would all change.
But there's still the obvious favoritism towards the blonde. People still admire Katsuki's talent more than they do Izuku's.
He tried to ignore it.
but in the end he was just delaying the inevitable, so when Bakugou challanged and accused him after the licesing exam, he finally reached his breaking point.

“Do you think we are your sidekicks?” A voice.. Todoroki Shouto, made itself known.
Aizawa’s glare turned to Todoroki, “This is how the real world will treat you, if you think this is unfair, I will gladly expel you too.”
“I don’t think you can.” a feminine voice was the one to answer.
“Is that so Yaoyorozu? I don’t know about your previous education but we at UA have a free reign to teach our classes how we want, that includes the right to expel any student we don’t deem fit for the hero course.”
“If you are still deciding who is fit for the hero course and who isn’t, then what was the entrance exam for?” Yayorozu enquiries.

The quirk apprehension test and its motives are stupid. Aizawa has been bullying children and deciding their fates for way too long and he does not realize that there is always bigger fish.
