Summary
Since their high school days, Katsuki and Izuku have been in an ongoing competition with each other. Both want to top the Pro Hero rankings.
When they corner the villain Overhaul, the question of who is number one finally seems to be settled, until Izuku collapses in the middle of the fight for some inexplicable reason.
Shocked, Katsuki discovers that his childhood friend is not a Beta as assumed, but an Omega. Even more so, one who is just caught off guard by his heat. Katsuki is distracted by Izuku's pheromones and Overhaul overpowers him.
Instead of continuing to fight, the villain grabs the green-haired pro hero and disappears with him without a trace.
It is not until two years later that the kidnapped Izuku is recovered. His once radiant smile seems to have faded forever.

This story is an alternate storyline with characters and references to the world of My Hero Academia. These still belong to the author. Summary
As part of his therapy, Katsuki attends a yoga class and meets the only omega to ever catch his interest. The green eyed omega, Izuku, demonstrates how to use some of the props and Katsuki decides he needs to see more of this hot dork. Izuku is surprised to have hero Dynamight in his class but is even more surprised by what Dynamight says to him.

“Congratulations on getting nine out of ten questions correct! Without further ado, let’s move on to the last question..” Hanazawa paused for dramatic effect as the lights dimmed and the spotlights overhead honed in on their podiums.
“What is … your hero partner’s type?”
A brief silence.
“‘Type?’” Izuku questioned at the same time as Kacchan.
“Yes, type,” the host laughed. “Like, who would they date? What are they into?”
The blood drained from Izuku’s face and he shot a panicked look at Kacchan. The blond didn’t seem to be faring any better, his gaze zeroed in on Hanazawa as if he could will her to change the question to something else.
Izuku... didn't know the answer to that.

In order to increase their popularity rankings as up and coming pro heroes, Izuku and Katsuki participate in the most popular late night talk show for hero duos - ‘Heroes Rising!’. They’re killing it, obviously, because they know each other from inside and out. Until one question stumps the two of them: “What is your hero partner’s type?”

Summary
After Izuku was whisked away by a mysterious father when his mother died, Katsuki didn't see him again for another five years. Until one night when the other boy showed up at his bedroom window out of the blue with more scars than he remembered, a smile that didn’t quite reach his eyes, and absolutely no explanation of where he’d been. Katsuki was busy training for his UA entrance exam to become the undisputable number one hero of all time, so dealing with a tight-lipped and injury-prone Izuku was unexpected to say the least.
Where had Izuku been all this time? How did he get so many scars?
And why did he have so many secrets?
AKA: A Deku villain/vigilante AU from Bakugo's perspective with cuddling, bed sharing, and so many mysteries.

Summary
When Izuku is hit by a villain named Hormone, he is put into a locked heat - one that requires him to be knotted in order to break. UA protects their students from having just anyone help them in such emergencies, and Katsuki discovers he is Izuku's written choice. Despite doubt and confusion (and a few other options) Katsuki agrees to help. Only, ending the heat might just be the beginning of something more.
