Summary
Set post Season 4.
Beth and Rio had a ‘thing’ (they can’t agree on what it actually was) and Rio broke it off. Beth is feeling very sad and thinks Rio isn’t bothered they are not together.
Dean is an idiot. Vance is even more stupid.
Beth has a surprise in store.
Chapter 1 tells the story of how upset Beth is and hints at some of the events that have taken place before the chapter. The rest of the story is split in two- the first half tells the story of what has taken place before Chapter 1. The second half of the fix takes place after Chapter 1 and tells the story of what takes place after Chapter 1. I hope that makes sense!

Summary
Rio realizes that he has pushed Beth too far, right into the arms of his brother/ cousin Nick. He decides to put aside their differences and make his intentions clear to her. Beth has to decide if a life of crime with her crime boss is the life she wants to live or if she wants to return to normalcy.
Can Rio take back his power as well as his girl from Nick’s control?
Will Beth choose to be with Rio?
The story picks up at Season 4, Episodes 13 through 15 then is Canon Divergent.
The title is from Mr. Kitty’s song, “After Dark”.
