Sethos cut himself off and leaned down so that his face was now visible and the most vibrant green eyes that Scaramouche had ever seen were now piercing into his soul. For a moment, his heart skipped a beat and he couldn’t look away.
“But it looks like I’m the one surprised here. Who’s this cutie?” Sethos winked and beamed at the camera.
Immediately, Scaramouche’s face heated up, and he stood up from his chair to wag his finger at the camera, “Who do you think you’re calling cute?”

Sethos laughs and laughs and to his surprise Hat Guy, for all of his obvious irritation at Sethos’ presence, stays seated at the next table over, content to sip tea quietly as the rain pounds against the umbrella above him.
The rain sluices down Sethos’ body, refreshing and cool on his skin.
It’s like nothing Sethos has felt before.
For the first time since his grandfather died, the pain in his chest disappears.
After becoming the leader of the Temple of Silence, Sethos finds himself struggling with the weight of those expectations. To his surprise, he finds common ground and companionship with Hat Guy, a mysterious and beautiful young man he meets accidentally at the Akademiya.
