"We've gotten engaged," Harry's mother rushed out, giddy.
"-ell acquainted-" Harry froze, blinking, and Riddle Jr did a double take, quickly putting down his wine glass and coughing violently into a napkin. "What?"
Life has never gone quite so quickly. One moment Harry's living with his single mother playing videogames most of his spare time and keeping up his grades, the next his mother is only not single but married (happily) to a free-spending uber-rich entrepreneur with a very, very handsome son several years older than Harry himself.
At least Tom's nice. It could definitely be worse. (It can't get any better than this).

Summary
After getting the locket from Umbridge, Harry apparates with Ron and Hermione, but something goes terribly wrong, and he finds himself in a dark alley with an injured, young Voldemort. Soon he realizes that he has travelled to a different universe where magic doesn't exist, and Tom Riddle is the head of an organized crime syndicate. Harry thankfully has his magic. Tom is incredibly fascinated by the cute, strange man who has saved him.

Summary
Dumbledore’s train when he dies brings him to an alternate universe with Tom Riddle asking for the defense post. There, he rights his wrongs and hires Tom Riddle as a Defense Professor to keep him from becoming Voldemort. It works. (Mostly.) Canon!Harry does the same unintentionally when he is a Firm Adult and stumbles into this AU Hogwarts hoping to teach defense. He cannot bc Tom. There is only teaching one spot available: Muggle Studies. Chaos ensues as Muggle Studies becomes everyone’s favorite class and gains a reputation as the most difficult course at Hogwarts. Tom Riddle is enraged, concerned, and… turned on?
