Summary
The reason for Kiyoomi’s apprehension becomes instantly clear with his next words: “My siblings returned from their business trip last night, and uh… I told them about us. They really want to meet you.”
When Kiyoomi tells Atsumu his siblings wish to meet him, he’s determined to leave a good impression. Too bad Hisoka-nii-san won't be making that easy for him. But Atsumu isn't one to go down without a challenge.

Kiyoomi closes his eyes, slowly. He prays that the ground opens up and swallows him whole. He prays that a whole earthquake rocks Tokyo and brings the place down on him, specifically. He prays that some higher power decides to strike him with lightning right this minute.
“Actually,” he says, grinding it out through clenched teeth, “you haven’t seen any other kids around, have you?”
It's Kiyoomi's last resort to ask a stranger for help finding his sister's missing kids, but it's not like this night can get any weirder, and Miya Atsumu's kind of hot.

Change is only expected by Atsumu after two and a half years away from Itachiyama, but the way in which the kingdom’s obnoxious Prince Kiyoomi presented was not the sort of change he accounted for.
Neither was the new existence of a royal engagement.
